Mr. Thompson brings to ETS over 35 years of experience across several industries, including construction, environmental compliance, land surveying, and engineering. Mr. Thompson has supervised the construction of large infrastructure projects, led mitigation efforts for wetland restoration, collaborated with federal, state, and local agencies on large-scale initiatives involving hazardous materials, and served as safety advisor and senior project manager on underground drilling projects, roles that required rigorous hazard assessment, safety planning, and ongoing monitoring of field operations. His extensive hands-on experience makes him invaluable to the ETS team in recognizing potential hazards before they arise, and managing the daily safety protocols and trainings required to keep employees and the public safe during any project.
