Michelle Meyerhoff

Ms. Meyerhoff is a Senior Project Manager with more than 19 years of experience, specializing in large-scale earthwork, water conveyance systems, environmental restoration, and solar development projects. She oversees each project from contracting and pre-construction through execution and closeout, ensuring that contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and client expectations remain aligned.

Her responsibilities include preparing pre-construction submittals, securing permits, developing scopes and schedules, and sourcing qualified suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Throughout construction, Ms. Meyerhoff closely monitors project progress and expenditures against forecasted schedules and cost estimates, manages changes to scope, schedule, and budget, coordinates invoicing, and proactively addresses potential project risks.

Ms. Meyerhoff also serves as a vital link between the client and every member of the ETS team, facilitating clear communication among field personnel, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other project stakeholders. Her comprehensive oversight and collaborative approach help keep complex projects moving efficiently from initial planning through successful completion.
