Brief:
Ms. Meyerhoff has over 17 years of project management experience. Ms. Meyerhoff is adept at developing successful bids and proposals in response to requests for bids from private clients and government and state agencies. Successful bidding involves developing schedules and cost estimates, coordination with vendors and subconsultants, bonding, and statements of qualifications. Ms. Meyerhoff is also responsible for developing scopes, schedules, and budgets for new projects, assessing actual progress and expenditures against established schedules and budgets weekly for on-going projects, and bringing areas of potential concern to the attention of the Project Manager. Additionally, Ms. Meyerhoff secures any necessary project permits and develops site-specific safety plans for all projects. She attends all project progress meetings and serves as an essential link between ETS’ professionals in the field, ETS’ engineers in our offices, clients, and regulatory agents.
