Fire Services

All fire lines must be installed under a Fire Protection Contractor’s license, no matter how small. ETS can provide permitting and oversight of your own crew’s installation to help you meet this requirement.

SEI Franklin Warehouse Fire Line & Fire Sprinkler

The SEI Franklin Warehouse project, located in Palm Bay, Florida, is an excellent example of the unique combination of skills that Enviro-Tech Systems, Inc. (ETS) can provide, delivering significant cost savings to the client by offering a comprehensive service package for fire systems construction.

Office Building Fire Line Installation

Enviro-Tech Systems, Inc. (ETS) successfully designed and installed a NFPA 13 and NFPA 24-compliant underground fire protection system for a new office building being constructed in Orlando, Florida. The project began with ETS providing detailed design plans, signed and sealed by a licensed Florida Professional Engineer, to secure the necessary permits through the City of Orlando for installation.

Edgewood Fire Sprinkler System Modification

Enviro-Tech Systems, Inc. (ETS) successfully designed and installed an NFPA 13-compliant aboveground fire sprinkler system for the Children’s Planet property in Edgewood, Florida. Prior to the design phase, ETS conducted a comprehensive survey of the building to ensure system requirements were tailored to the facility’s unique needs. The fire sprinkler system for the indoor playground area was engineered to deliver 0.10 gpm/ft² of flow across the most remote 1,500 ft², with an additional hose allowance of 100 gpm, meeting all relevant safety standards.

Superior Storage Fire Tank and Fire Line Installation

Enviro-Tech Systems, Inc. (ETS) successfully installed an NFPA 13- and NFPA 24-compliant underground fire protection system and provided oversight for the installation of a fire water tank to feed the fire line at the Superior Storage property in Mt. Plymouth, Florida. The project scope encompassed trenching to install approximately 1,200 feet of 8-inch pipe and fittings, establishing a new 8-inch ductile iron flanged connection with OS&Y gate valve to the site's water tank, and installing four single-butt draft hydrants.
