Enviro-Tech Systems, Inc. (ETS) successfully installed an NFPA 13- and NFPA 24-compliant underground fire protection system and provided oversight for the installation of a fire water tank to feed the fire line at the Superior Storage property in Mt. Plymouth, Florida. The project scope encompassed trenching to install approximately 1,200 feet of 8-inch pipe and fittings, establishing a new 8-inch ductile iron flanged connection with OS&Y gate valve to the site's water tank, and installing four single-butt draft hydrants.

Once the piping and hydrants were in place, the trench was backfilled and compacted to ensure stability and adherence to safety standards. The system underwent rigorous pressure testing at 200 psi and field demonstration with a fire department pumper truck to Following the complete inspection process, ETS provided the client with a certified test report, ensuring compliance and functionality of the fire protection system.
This project highlights ETS’s expertise in delivering robust and reliable fire protection solutions while adhering to stringent industry standards.
