Brief:

Mr. Roy, President of ETS, is a technical expert with over 24 years of experience in water resources management, including the qualitative and quantitative analysis of groundwater and surface water systems, wetlands, effluent disposal, and reuse systems. He is skilled in the design, permitting, and construction of large, multi-discipline projects, including, but not limited to, groundwater and surface water supply and remediation, irrigation systems, wastewater effluent disposal, reuse systems, animal waste and nutrient management systems, solid waste management, and infrastructure rehabilitation. Mr. Roy has experience working with a wide variety of clients throughout Florida in the water resources and agricultural communities. Mr. Roy is a licensed contractor and Professional Engineer with the State of Florida and is the President of Royal Consulting Services, Inc., a companion company to ETS.

Brief:

Mr. Hopper is native to Highlands County and has been involved in the agricultural industry since he was a child, which has given him extensive insight in the field of agricultural construction. Working in this field has provided him the opportunity to establish many valued working relationships with the farmers and ranchers throughout South-Central Florida area as well as throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Hopper’s extensive technical knowledge of construction methods and practices combined with his managerial skills have allowed him to successfully oversee a multitude of construction projects for multiple agricultural clients. Mr. Hopper is responsible for training construction staff members, selecting appropriate sites, performing preliminary site investigations and evaluations, surveying, accurate cost estimating, coordinating with vendors and subconsultants, overseeing and enforcing site safety, and operating heavy equipment.

Danna J. McFarland

Brief:

As the HSE Manager, Ms. McFarland develops site-specific safety manuals for every ETS project taking location and specific environmental factors into consideration. She conducts site visits to identify any possible safety concerns so they can be incorporated into a Job Safety Analyses and develops solutions to the problems or mitigation options for inherent safety concerns. Ms. McFarland also conducts safety audit for each project on a monthly basis. She ensures safety and equipment logs are completed by the Superintendent or Construction Manager, all safety protocols are being properly followed, and all PPE and other safety equipment is functioning properly. She also conducts monthly safety reviews with employees and subcontractors to reiterate the requirements of the safety manual and discuss any safety concerns with employees. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. McFarland has updated employees on critical information and safety and distribute appropriated PPE to all employees.

Timothy A. Keith

Senior Project Manager

Brief:

Mr. Keith has over 43 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in the civil and commercial sectors. Mr. Keith has extensive experience managing the turn-key construction of theme parks, restaurants, apartment complexes, and assisted living facilities. For 32 years, Mr. Keith managed the design, scheduling, and budgeting for new construction and renovation projects for Walt Disney World. The new construction projects he managed included Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney Animal Kingdom, the Disney ESPN Sports Complex, and the new Golf Clubhouse. Renovations managed by Mr. Keith included attractions, restaurants, merchandise facilities, marine and guest dock landings, and golf courses. These new construction and renovation projects required Mr. Keith have an intimate knowledge of a variety of construction activities, including, but not limited to, asphalt paving, concrete paving, roof systems, utilities, lift stations, and building facades.

Brief:

Mr. Shawn Workman is an Electrical Contractor with over twenty-two years of experience. Mr. Workman completed his Electrical Apprenticeship in 2001 through Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training, earned his Journeyman’s license in 2002, and received his Electrical Contractors license in 2019. His commercial experience includes condominiums and apartments, stadiums, theme parks, religious institutions, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing plants, and solar. Management activities for which Mr. Workman is responsible include design for new projects, estimating, permitting, purchasing, electrical training for field employees, onsite supervision, and project close out.

Michelle K. Meyerhoff

Brief:

Ms. Meyerhoff has over 14 years of project management experience. Ms. Meyerhoff is adept at developing successful bids and proposals in response to requests for bids from private clients and government and state agencies. Successful bidding involves developing schedules and cost estimates, coordination with vendors and subconsultants, bonding, and statements of qualifications. Ms. Meyerhoff is also responsible for developing scopes, schedules, and budgets for new projects, assessing actual progress and expenditures against established schedules and budgets weekly for on-going projects, and bringing areas of potential concern to the attention of the Project Manager. Additionally, Ms. Meyerhoff secures any necessary project permits and develops site-specific safety plans for all projects. She attends all project progress meetings and serves as an essential link between ETS’ professionals in the field, ETS’ engineers in our offices, clients, and regulatory agents.

William C. Shores

Brief:

Mr. Shores is a technical expert with over 26 years of experience in the Fire Protection industry, including three years of estimating and managing fire protection system projects, 16 years designing fire protection systems, and eight years installing, servicing, inspecting, and testing residential/commercial fire protection systems. In his last six years of designing fire protection systems, he has gained extensive knowledge of using 3D coordination (BIM). His resume includes the design, installation, inspection, and testing of wet and non-freeze, deluge and pre-action, in-racks, ESFR, control mode, and high pile storage fire protection systems. Mr. Shores is fluent in International Building Codes, Florida Building Codes, Florida Fire Prevention Codes, Florida Administration Codes, Florida Statutes, and national standards NFPA 1, 13, 13D, 13R, 14, 20, 22, 24, 25, 70, 72, & 101. He also has experience with the service and testing of backflows, fire pumps, standpipes, and associated appurtenances (including underground piping). Mr. Shores has an advanced understanding of the design of fire alarm systems and fire alarm products. Lastly, he is also experienced with Earthquake Protection which includes seismic bracing calculations and installation.

Mrs. Daise has nine years of experience managing office projects, while also supporting project managers and executive professionals in their roles. She thrives on the satisfaction of helping teams work more efficiently, finding ways to improve internal process flows, and anticipating potential challenges, allowing the team to address them early and avoid project delays. In her role at ETS, Mrs. Daise is responsible for overseeing the timely completion of each project milestone, which involves understanding company projects from both the “big picture” perspective, as well as focusing on each individual component, to help keep the team on a trajectory for success. Mrs. Daise was born and raised in Central Florida, and is proud to be part of a company that is committed to improving the land using the very best sustainability practices.

Mr. Glassman has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in the civil, commercial, and industrial sectors. He is well versed in all phases of construction projects, including conceptualization, planning, permitting, procurement of materials, subcontracting with specialized contractors, site management and construction oversight, and project close out. Mr. Glassman is also a poised public speaker, having conducted hundreds of continuing education seminars for architects, engineers, and contractors.

Rachel E. Rock

Office Manager

Brief:

Ms. Rock manages the daily operations of the ETS office in Okeechobee. She is responsible for book keeping administration, record keeping, staffing, supply management, inventory control, and tracking project expenditure. She is a vital line of communication between ETS’ construction crews and project managers as well as upper management, ensuring business operations run smoothly without delay.
